Montana Spine & Joint Rehab, formerly Nash Rehab, is an established spine, joint and vestibular physical therapy clinic in Helena, MT. We focus on specialized mechanical techniques for all orthopedic and vestibular problems for people of any age. Our goal is to increase your education, help you learn self-treatment skills and provide excellent high-quality care with fewer visits to get you back on your feet. We strive to help you alleviate your pain and keep it from coming back with fewer visits so that you can get back to doing what you love, faster.
